  Dale is a contractor who refuses to draft contracts. He is extremely talented and does beautiful work, but he will take you for all you are worth. Our reno cost three times what he initially quoted. He provided no warnings or updates. I have talked to others who experienced the same or worse. Beware every time he says that he is throwing something in "as a courtesy." Nothing is free with him.

  Water Remediation

  We purchased an 1800 period home in Riegelsville PA that required a lot more work than we expected. Dale helped us resolve serious water issues and compromised areas of the structure without breaking our bank account. He is always pleasant, helpful, he does quality work and he follows up on all of the sub-contractors that he has referred. I will definitely recommend him to the buyers of our home.

  House remodel

  Call them in after having a bad experience with another company. Not only did they transform my house, but they were able to save me a ton of money. They are very detailed oriented and I found them to be easy to work with. The owner's product knowledge is second to none.

  Restoration, renovation, upgrades to period houses

It was the finest, most sound construction available at the time. I have used him for my personal residences and recommended him to any of my clients who needed restoration of the houses I sold them. Dale was able to handle our last minute requests/changes and also was a true partner in helping us achieve our dream weekend home for our family and visiting guests. His level of taste and expertise on renovating historic homes surpassed our expectations.

  Unreliable and unable to complete project on time or within budget. Significant headache and job is still not done to our satisfaction. While they talk a good talk, the results do not match the words. My partner and I are very disappointed

  I can say they were wonderful to me and helped me out when another contractor had taken my money and disappeared. It was a major house renovation - the entire house in fact. They helped me to keep my costs down and get the job done quickly. Literally putting in appliances the night before Thanksgiving so we could cook for my entire family. They really made up in spades for the what the disreputable contractor did to us. They did great work and are wonderful people. I would recommend them to anyone.
