    Replace Whirlpool Tub with a Custom Shower

    On Valentine's Day and the next (2022), Stephan and his brother Paul, removed our oversized Whirlpool tub and replaced it with a Custom built walk-in shower. Stephan came and met with us prior, named the price for our curtom shower, and when he could do it.
    We are very pleased with the results!! If you are considering remodeling---we would highly recommend East Texas Bath.
    Stephan is very thorough, neat, and caring about your needs.

    Bath Remodel
    $12,500

    Stephan, owner of East Texas Bath removed a spa tub and installed a shower with double shower heads and extended seat in the master bath of our home. Additionally, we had our double sink top replaced. He came to our house and discussed options with us helping us make decisions. He provided us with a firm agreement stating what would be done, and a firm cost, including an approximate timeline. He notified us of the receipt of our order, scheduled installation of two days and arrived as stated with his crew, materials and tools to do the work. They put down walkways in our home to protect our floors before they started. Stephan was with them and in charge of the installation - doing much of the work himself. He answered questions we had and consulted us on some minor adjustments and on the exact position of the key elements in the shower. He was genuinely interested in it being the way we wanted it. It took about two days for the complete job. They were respectful of our home taking care to be careful, and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. We realized a little later that we had made a decision error and should have installed the "rain" appearance shower doors. We called Stephan to discuss. He offered to exchange the doors at no cost and did so. He told us it would take a while to get the order due to backlog. Recently, the doors arrived, Stephan made the change as stated. and we are pleased with our shower. Stephan is involved in every element of the business and you deal with him. He is professional, conscientious, honest, direct and careful. His word is good in every respect. He is truly interested in providing high quality work and product for a reasonable price. I recommend him without any reservation.

    2 bathrooms remodeled

    I bought an older home that needed both bathrooms remodeled. After looking into other options, I chose to go with Stephan. Definitely a decision that I I'm glad I made. The bathrooms look great and the job was done in a very reasonable time frame. Hard work, professionalism, and honesty is what I got out of Stephan. I could easily recommend his work and in fact I have.

    2 vanities and double shower remodel

    Stephan DuToit was easy to work with. He was very responsive when I called him to come out and give me an estimate. He sent the detailed estimate within 24 hours. I had also requested an estimate from ReBath, which took over a week to receive. East Texas Bath’s estimate was $10,000 + less with comparable products. My project included 2 vanities and a double shower with frameless glass. My shower was a challenge because it was over 11 feet wide with shower heads on each end, and a bench on one side. The shower pan had to be custom made due to it’s size. During the whole process Stefan kept me informed on the progress. Stefan also made a great suggestion on dealing with a mirror over one of the vanities that had “silver/water damage on one end, by making a beautiful frame that covered the damage. When the project started he kept me informed every step of the way. Stefan’s work crew were very professional and always came exactly when they said they would. In the end I have an absolutely beautiful new bathroom. I would wholeheartedly recommend East Texas Bath!
