"I recommend Josh Butler w/East Virginia Contractors for doing a good job on roofs (Feb. 16 inquiry). A few weeks ago, he put new ridge venting on my house and fixed a mold problem in my attic. Josh Butler is a liar and a thief! He has had several lawsuits against him under various names and he changes business names to enable a "clean" start with yet another company.
He is not an electrician and left our home with several fire hazards that he made , KNOWING THAT HE LEFT FIRE HAZARDS !!
He , "installed " two new exhaust fans that were not vented. One was still factory sealed, the other he literally SEALED UP THE EXHAUST (part of the NEW EXHAUST) !! SERIOUSLY ... I had to call the fire dept. And have been paying New contractors to rip out this idiots work!
And it gets worse.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN AND HIS "company"!!
