    I would not recommend this contractor/builder to anyone. The builder did not honor the 1 year builder’s warranty which left some structural issues left unresolved. When I had an attorney write a demand letter, the builder did not respond. The builder and subcontractor visited our home twice to see the issues, said they would schedule days to fix the issues and 2 1/2 years later still nothing. Issues include a slanted door frame which prevents a bedroom door from closing; due to a shower head placement and bathroom tile placement, water runs onto bathroom wall when someone showers and has caused paint to chip; second balcony doesn’t have TPO and was not weatherproofed and is now causing wood to mold - this is just builder neglect. They knew what they were doing. They cut corners. AND my neighbor’s home, built by the same builder, has the SAME issues. These were just the major ones.
