We had a bum HVAC installed by another contractor which needed near-constant repairs. The installer was never available, so in my desperation to get it repaired one time, I began calling everyone in the phone book, and these guys were the only ones who could come out the same day. They fixed the system quickly and for a reasonable price. They came out multiple times to repair that unit, so I think I've met everyone who works for this company, and they are all wonderful. When that system finally died, we weren't yet able to afford to replace it, so this company loaned us a unit they had sitting around in their workshop - came out, installed it free of charge, charged no rent for it, nothing - until we got things together and were able to replace the unit. They gave us a fair price on the replacement, helped us find financing, and replaced our whole system - outside unit, everything under the house, ductwork, all of it - in a single day. They're very mindful of my time and our home - they're on time, have excellent communication, work as quietly as possible, and leave the place neater than they found it. As long as Joel and his company are in business, no other contractor will touch my HVAC system.
