  EASTERN AIR CONTROL LLC are CON People and will take you for your money. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. There are two lying brothers who run this with apprentice and horrific back office people, who are unprofessional and will be threaten you in a heartbeat. Do not trust them. I can only warn you, rest is all up to you.

  My experience with them, they came under a warranty, so all they had to do was fix a problem, get any spare parts from the warranty company and close the job. They made the job what it was not, charged me triple the amount, made things up, even tried to sell some other insurance company, and didn't finish the job. I had no choice, I paid them. Everything got broken the same day, on repeated calls to them, they did not reply.

  I ended up hiring another company and they fixed everything within the warranty monies of $100. So you do the comparison $1000 approx or $100. The new company showed me what these guys did wrong to charge me extra and things they made up.

  I can tell you simple, its summer time, and these guys are out on the PRAWL to Jip every customer every call and take them for their money. EASTERN AIR CONTROL LLC is a Cheat and run Con People.

  AC UNIT

  Bad Service and extremely rude customer service

  Eastern Air control came out and fixed my AC unit for it to break a week later, i set up a appointment from 12-6 yesterday and was called around 4 to be told they were having technical difficulties and would be around tiill 6-9. i sat home and waited and recieved no phone call, i called this morning to find out why and Nick who i believe is the president kept calling me "bro" and told me i was called multiple times last night but i picked up and hung up everytime so that i why there was no voicemail. strange because other people were able to call me through out the night with no issues. he then proceeded to curse me out told me F-OFF and hung up the phone. needless to say, i would probably use someone else.

  Repair AC Problem

  Horrific Customer Service

  Call someone else-ANYONE else! I HIGHLY advise against working with this company. Our second floor is almost 80 degrees for over 5 days now. Eastern Air Control came out and "fixed" our problem, yet it is still about 80 degrees upstairs in all of our bedrooms. Customer service at it's worst! From not returning phone calls or messages in a timely fashion to being offensively rude. Add in the most horrifying and unprofessional manager/"owner", Denise Didolce, an absolute disgrace. After managing a multi-million dollar business myself for over a decade, I am amazed they are in business and have any customers. Plenty of other GOOD companies to choose from who provide the same service with much better manners and a higher level of professionalism.

  air handler motor replacement

  world class company,had a problem with my air handler motor which another company by the name of xtreme climate control llc out of jackson nj would not resolve even though it was covered for replacement .However EASTERN AIR CONTROL LLC resovled my problem quick an easy . P.l. colonia nj highly recommended may29,2015
