Run away! I grew-up with the owners so was very excited to have them build my new home. But, how is the water heater two years older than the build? Windows without caulk, slab floor with machine marks that show through the flooring, the flooring planks don’t meet so the gaps are always filling with dirt, seams that were never taped, and now we’re replacing the cracked tub to find a square foot of spray foam around the faucet. What? Wish I could send pics. Run away!
