I had a contract with William Hallston of Easy Bath Solutions to remodel my master bath. The shower enclosure was fine but the floor is a different story. He laid Congoleum tiles and the spaces between were wide, so he filled them with caulk.On the initial cleaning of the tiles, the caulk came out. He claims to guarantee his workmanship. We have been trying since November 2016 to have him correct his work but to no avail.He made arrangements to come out twice but never showed up or called. He is not a dependable contractor.
