Selected Fernando to replace a door from my garage to outside with a commercial grade metal door and frame. Based upon his workmanship and business ethnics I would see if he would get the much larger job to replace both of my front doors.
He had a sub do his work (not our agreement) but he never installed the weatherstripping. I've been requesting this from him and even told him that I would install the weatherstripping myself but he constantly tells me he'll get me the weatherstripping. Today after 5 months of playing his delaying games I called him 2 hours after he agreed to be here to give me the item - his excuse, he forgot "it's in my shed". This is the last time working under his lies and he has exhausted my patience of Job attitude. Be careful, he's a one man show, does not honor his verbal commitments and does not work within the confines of state law as it pertains to contractors and/or contracts.
