What a joke of a company. Had to give back money at closing to buyer of my house because of all the things found for work they had just completed. Run away while you can. I would not use this company ever

Naomi, Chris,Chris and Eric completes a bathroom and kitchen remodel for us. They did an amazing job. They were responsive to our questions and concerns and worked with us through the process. After finishing the project they came back to fix minor details. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier with my kitchen or bathroom.

Beware of this contractor. I hired them for a number of costly jobs. Naomi was personable and charming at first meeting and in many contacts, and her initial quote was prompt and reasonable. Unfortunately, the work took 5 months when it had been planned for 2. And every step of the way, there were complications and misunderstandings (where, for example, Naomi insisted that we had never talked about certain things that we had). They ended up needing to redo (in a number of cases more than twice) work in my bathroom, flooring, electrical work, wall repairs, door/lock installations, etc. Some work that they were to do (e.g., painting), we ended up doing ourselves. It ended up feeling like pulling teeth to get quality work completed. And as time progressed, I felt harangued for more and more money - when I actually paid her more than expected for each installment. It also grew increasingly difficult to get receipts and estimates for add-ons (as in, asking for a month to receive them). She is still pursuing me for money for a professional that she hired (and was to pay) to fix work they did incorrectly. It was a most unpleasant experience. I had hoped to hire them for another set of expensive projects, but I will never again hire them.

In the early part of November Naomi and her partner replace a door leaving to my washer and dryer. When I came home from work I was excited to see how my new door looked. It is beautiful ii love my new door. On November 15th Naomi and her partner ripped my old carpet up that I couldn't stand to look at some days. Replaced it with flooring I was like a kid at Christmas time. When the work was finished I was in tears. Naomi and her partner did an amazing amazing job on my floor I didn't think it was any hope. Her partner was perfectionist . I am so so happy with my 2 New doors and my flooring. Naomi and her partner are very very Nice caring people. The time and days they spented at my house I feel like I have known them forever. Their bed side manner is Amazing. I am so looking forward to getting my bathroom done. So if your looking to have a door hung any work done. Easy glide home improvement are your people to call. Highly recommended! !

Naomi was pleasant to deal with. Not all projects are done yet but what projects were completed were stellar. The front of the house cement work was stellar. Her worker, Eric, did stellar work and very respectful & polite. I would recommend her and her company to anyone. I give her five stars.

Naomi called right away to set up appointment. Let me know on day of appointment that she was running late, showed up when she said she would. Responded that evening with an estimate. We are discussing final proposal & I expect to hire her.

We needed a fence replacement. Naomi and her workers were prompt, efficient and very responsive. The job was completed on budget, on time and very competently, and did a thorough cleanup of the jobsite. It was a pleasure to deal with this company.

My experience was wonderful they came out quickly installed all my windows quickly and were very polite efficient and finished exactly within the time frame stated. The product was excellent even neighbors noticed and they are much to my surprise very energy efficient as I was told they would be. Owerner is extremely knowledgeable I am Extremely satisfied

My experience with Easy Glide was smooth and painless, which is rare these days. I've dealt with many contractors, and am hard pressed to dish out compliments. In this case, well deserved kudos to Naomi and her crew. I've already recommended Easy Glide to a few locals here. Good luck and thanks again!

Easy glider was very good at giving me the time and amount for the projects I needed to have completed. New slider, storm door and kitchen sink. The first job was to have all siding on front ,side and back of home, with gutter and down spot on entire home. I would recommend them in the further. Naomi was a pleasure to work with as she worked hand and hand with her workers.

Friendly, on-time for appointment. Took a long time to provide an estimate and it ended up being the highest.

Hired to build 2 decks. Paid $7500 in advance. 2 weeks after due date (set by Naomi London) only one frame was build and then has to be disassembled (by another contractor) due to gross code violations.

I hired Naomi from Easyglide to do a major renovation of a kitchen. She and I worked well together to design the kitchen. She listened to all my ideas and was able to visualize what I wanted. She had a great crew and brought in other crew to do specific jobs. The job did go a little longer due to adding on to the job. Some of her crew had to be pulled off to do other jobs that she had lined up with our deadline. She however, worked very hard to get my job done. They are now in the process of replacing a roof over my front entrance and again, her crew is exceptional. She is very receptive to comments and suggestions to doing the job even better. I loved working with Naomi and and her crew.

I was very disappointed, After speaking to Naomi on numerous occasions in reference to a remodeling job, I also explained to her I am not currently in the area but will coordinate with her a date and time, was very excited, after taking time off from work and flying to Philadelphia which I also explained to her, the day of the appointment again. I called her to verify time and location after waiting almost 2 hours I received a call from her stating "She don't want to hurt my feelings but she don't work in my type of neighborhood" When I asked her for her location, her GPS took her to the wrong area, I informed her she was in the wrong area, but after her statement I cancel the appointment altogether. Waste of my time and money

We hired Easy Glide to do repairs to our chimneys. Naomi and Mark came out quickly to give us an estimate which was in line with others that we received. Mark showed a great understanding of the problems we were having & what was needed to do the job right. They started and ended the job as they had described. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them highly to anyone needing a contractor.

I was very impressed by Easy Glide's responsiveness. Naomi's estimate for our porch was complete and thoughtfully detailed. She handled getting all the permits we needed and was able to begin the job in a reasonable amount of time. She and her crew were professional from start to finish. They were always courteous and eager to make sure we were satisfied with their job. We'd use them again without question.

Naomi was hands on from start to finish .Erik and Naomi did a wonderful job on my vinyl fence project .they were very professional,and clean up was awesome. Would have them do future projects the price was great also. Five stars

We hired them for remodeling/opening up the kitchen. They are attentive to my needs and provide valuable insights.
11/18/17, the contractor returned and finished the job. It's not the neatest. The nails used to affix the trim are visible. There is also a gap along the trim. In any case I am now moving on.
I'll just secure someone else.

I am very pleased with my bathroom. It's really beautiful, more so than I imagined. It was a pleasure to work with Naomi, she is very pleasant. Her price is reasonable. Her guys are great, very considerate and professional, especially Chris. He was a real gentleman and always cleaned up at the end of the day. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. I am very happy!

I hired Easy Glide Home Improvement to install a patio sliding door on August 27, 2015, and we provided the patio sliding door and to replace damaged wood behind a gutter above the same door. Naomi London wrote that there was to be pressure treated wood used. Well, it is not even 11 months and the wood behind the gutter is damaged again. When the gutter ways have taken down we found out the wood used was for Interior Use Only! and not what we paid for! I called Naomi London on July 11, 2016, told her about the crappy work that her company did she say she would return my call. Well nothing so I emailed Naomi pictures and a copy of her written contract and I also stated that I had the wood replaced by new proper wood and her response was

"Susan,
I am sorry your so upset. Mistakes do happen, I wouldn't consider this to be a fraudulent situation. We will come out and replace it with appropriate material. Please let me know what day is best.

Naomi did not even call back, all her correspondences were through email, she really did not put her customers first when there is a problem. I want my money back for the gutter repair work, now it really makes me wonder about the patio sliding door frame!

Easy Glide Home Improvements were responsive. They did send an introductory email, phoned, and scheduled an appointment the same day. Someone did look at our project and provided an estimate.

We hire Easy Glide to repair our kitchen floor, it had a slope and needed repair in order for our house to be sold. Naomi and her team were great! Naomi was super professional and the estimated in price and time line were very close to what was promised!

We hired Easy Glide Home Improvements to repair a window well that was damaged and allowing water into our basement. Naomi was courteous and professional, and prompt in following up on our request. The window well looks beautiful now, and our basement is dry. Thank you!

Rescheduled appointment twice and was a bit late when she finally came without calling to let me know that she would be late. Sent the estimate after two days but the amounts just blew me away. They were so expensive, even more than double than the ones I got from others.

From Start to Finish___ Easy Glide made Our Home Project well worth it. Naomi and her crew were very professional , and Courteous as to how we expected the work to be Performed. We will use Them again on our next project. The fact that they worked very clean, with knowledge, at a great price!
