    I'm a general contractor in Gilbert Az. I bought kitchen cabinets from Easy Kitchen Cabinets last Wednesday March 20, 2013. As of today the 26th at end of business my cabinets have still not shipped.

    I had to cancel my granite contractor and tile contractor because of the delays.

    I do not recommend Easy Kitchen Cabinets to anyone that wants to get cabinets in a timely fasion.

    Laura the sales manager has made several promises to me in writing saying cabinets were being shipped, and not one promise has been kept.

    I am very sorry your experiences with us were not all positive. We are often at the mercy of the shipping companies, we sell in stock cabinetry and can have most orders ready to ship in 48 hours as promised. Sometimes we have to wait days to get a shipper to pick up and there is nothing we can do but wait also. I do apologize. Additionally, at certain times of the year, (spring is building and remodeling season) we have so many orders, it takes a little longer than usual and we have limited space on our docks until orders get picked up, so logistics often slows everything down. I do apologize for slow service and I just forward the information from my warehouse, I don't always know whats going on out there. I can say we have more space now and most orders do ship on time, or we will let you know right away. Thank you so much!
