    Rental house renovation and kitchen remodel

    Hired Alex Calderon to renovate a rental house that tenants had damaged. He collected $1000 for "materials" and I never heard from him again. I do not recommend that you hire this company.

    I hired this company, Alex Calderon (Ebenezer Construction Corp in Lake Perris) to have survey/scale on my vacant land/properties in the amount of $3,000.00. I planned to sign a contract through this company in summer 2019 to build my future home. Alex Calderon, the owner asked for a down payment of 47% in check written directly to his name: Alex Calderon in amount of $1400.00. I gave him a check on 1/21 and the check was posted on my account 1/22. I expected him to provide a contract for this work but he insisted to provide the next day and next day but still not received. He promised the work to be completed in 6 weeks. He have been silent after 2 months so I called and texted him. He called back and said it will be finished in 3 days. After 3 months, I went to check on my land...there was no signs or markings on my property. Alex, claims that his engineering went on vacation. Between the 3rd and 4th month, with numerous texts and calls with meeting dates and times to get my refund, he went silent, no show, excuses to delay in getting my refund. I even threaten him that I’ll report him to BBB and other social media’s and he left me a voicemail message that he doesn’t care and do whatever you want. This guy done exactly same thing to other people. Don't get fool by this company, Ebenezer Construction Corp.
