I was referred to this contractor by my best friend. He built a home for her from the ground up and I was impressed with his work. I hired him to add a 611 sq. ft. ADU for me elderly mom who was moving in with me. I have to say I had zero complaints about the work done on my addition. His workers were always on time. They showed up everyday. And if they were not going to show up on a particular day, the owner, Ed Cruz, would always advise me up front. The work was completed and is flawless. I am the envy of other friends who have hired other contractors to do work on their homes. Ed is not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for in finishes and in overall customer service.
