WE DESPISE the day first phone call was made to NICK LUKENS, let alone meeting him! First appointment was July 2022 for info on a big backyard pool project, clearly explained this project was so desired for 2o years and to please be honest needed complete for summer 2023- Nick even wrote on contract we would be swimming summer of 2023. We proceeded with plans & contract to which Nick requested first 1/3 of large project amount. The lies started with 2 permits to be filed by Nick @ township to be in Oct 2022 ( he wrote it on contract) 1 wasen't filed Nick's said date, second building permit wasen't obtained till April 26-2023. Once Nick obtained first permit @ November 2022 ground breaking Nick requested second third of large $$ project amount SO HE COULD ORDER ALL MATERIAL & SUPPLIES.....so March of 2023 all set to @ very least COMPLETE our " DREAM PROJECT JUNE 2023. Nick Lukens owner of ECB LLC from early March 2023 said ( even thou he had not even applied for building permit)" any day now" he would have " gunite" date and take off to complete whole project so we could enjoy long awaited pool to be enjoyed summer 2023. The nighmare continued to get worse as Nick had EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK FOR POSTPONING OUR PROJECT - MONTHS & MONTHS passed NO POOL for 2023 & an aweful back-yard to look @- finally Sept 2023 we had no choice but to terminate him, Nick Lukens has made NO attempts to return the " truck-load" of our money that he has collected MORE THEN 1 YEAR AGO. Can't say it enough we despise EVER EVEN CALLING NICK LUKENS LET ALONE MEETING HIM.
We will not stop til we get our " truckload" of money back

ECB/Nick took our money and has not completed any work on our property. He hired a contractor to dig and still has not paid them. He will not return our money. We are now learning he has done this to many people. It does not take over 2 years to build a pool! Donâ t let him make excuses. He needs to be stopped. ECB/Nick Lukens is a liar and a fraud. Do not hire him! Do NOT give him any money.
