    renovate an older mobile home.

    Started two weeks late...finished 6 weeks late. Did a lot of standing around vaping in clear view of the neighbors...took four guys four days to build a small platform and steps...one step not secured down and flips up when you use the railing. Charged for work not completed and refused to adjust the bill to reflect that. Tried to install a door that did not fit leaving a 2" gap at the top. Installed hot/cold water lines backward. Never caulked and finished an exterior door installation. Ordered wrong paint color for plantation shutters and refused to make that right. Cost me another 500.00 out of pocket to get them repainted the correct color. Still considering small claims court. Promised a clean up crew that never materialized. Thieves in my book. Beware.

    Hello Barbara, In response to your review: Just a reminder we completed this job way back in June , 2019. 2 years prior. 1. We started late on this project due to materials being delayed, which we told you about. 2. We inspected the property on May 21st, 2019 with you. Finished the last day on June 19th, 2021. Exactly 1 month (not 6 weeks). 3. The technicians take their breaks to vape and go to the restrooms. 4. It took 2 technicians to build the platform the other 2 to deliver and pick up materials. 5. As far as the steps popping up, you never called us to have it looked again, it has been 2 years. 6. We never charged you for anything we did not complete. We had an arranged payment schedule. 7. Your punch-list is news to us. We did a walk through and you said you were satisfied with everything, that is why you paid the final balance. 8. The plantation shutter paint was approved by you. At no point we never did not make anything right for you. If it cost you $500 to paint them, that is news to us now. 2 years after. 9. The final clean-up is done last as I had stated to you before. All the trash was picked up at the end of the project. 10. Calling us thieves is very harsh. If you were not happy with job, why did you pay the final balance? All this is news to us, a simple phone call would have resolved your issues. You had a warranty. Writing a review to vent 2 years after???? You cannot bad mouth a company for work performed 2 years ago. We strive on service and integrity, as you were referred by someone as you stated. You may contact us to resolve the issues you are having and get your $500 back to you that you said you had to pay. You have our contact information.
