Unreliable and the owner has a bad attitude. We used Echelon this past summer season for mowing and landscaping. While they did a decent job with their services, there were many times that they promised to come out to do certain landscaping jobs and it would take weeks. On top of that, my previously pristine 2014 Mustang was damaged by one of their guys mowing the lawn near the passenger side of my car. After their guy left, I found a nice ding/gouge near the door with scratches and grass clippings stuck to the car. When I brought all this to the owner's attention, he only offered to pay 1/2 for a detail of the car when it actually needed dent and paint repair. On another occasion one of the sprinkler heads on the lawn was decapitated. Echelon had agreed to do snow removal for us and came out once on the first night of the first storm this year, but did not show up this morning with no response to texts, calls or emails. I texted with the owner last night and he said that he would be out this morning to clean up, but he did not show. He finally responded saying how he has 20 customers for snow removal and if I wanted special treatment, I can get someone else to do it. All I want is for you to do your job, I wasn't looking for special treatment.
