    Roofing, bathroom, floors, windows
    $13,000

I have used this company for several projects. I have had floors replaced, appliances replaced, windows replaced and doors replaced.
John has always been prompt, courteous and meticulous in his work.
My house is over 100 years old and John had my bathroom stripped down to the beams. He replaced every pipe in my house. I would go to work and leave John and his crew with full run of my house.
Anytime I have to call him for something, he immediately returns my call and comes the same day or the next day to see what has to be done. He is currently doing a back porch for me now. I would recommend John for any job and I trust him implicitly. He is a pleasure to work with and a true gentleman.

He provided an estimate and explained each step and was professional and knowledgeable. I am very content with the bathroom renovation.

My plumber referred him to me. Something off about him but I need to fix my apartment to move in and of course, he has nothing to work on so was trying really hard to get this project. The contract was signed on 11/15/2021, demanded $10,000 cash to start the job. I went to the bank with friend and gave him cash. Last week, they were just demoing the place and of course, he hired only one guy to help so it was slow moving process. He dumped all the trash in the basement and filled my backyard with trash as well. I asked him to take out trash, he said he will but came up with all kinds of excuses not to. This morning he asked for another $10,000 to continue the job. When I asked why so soon, he said he can’t continue if I don’t pay him right away. He also asked more money to fix the frames in the apartment that could be simple repairs. He said he needs to take out all the frames and redo everything and that’s major repairs. He got all aggravated and started losing control. At some point, he was so hyper and ready to hit me. I had to ran off to the basement with plumber. The plumber listened the whole conversation, he agreed that he is trying to make all the minor repair as major to ask for more money since the contract states that the minor repairs are included in the pricing.

I felt really threatened and disturbed by his behavior, I asked him discontinue the work and leave. I requested $5000 back since he didn’t complete the demo and left all the trash in my property all over the places. I thought it’s generous considering how much he’s done. When I headed over there with a friend of mine in case this guy will assault me, he refused to give me keys back. He charged my friend, almost hit him multiple times. I had to call the police, he started to run off for no reason. His dad showed up, hit my friend on the face since my friend was trying to stop him to take videos of me in my car. He was beaten so hard, his nose and mouse was spilling blood.

I finally got my keys back from the police. The contractor and his family had this big evil smile, they successfully scammed another hardworking family!
