ECI worked on the windows of all Units in Las Salinas Condominium in Key West, FL during spring, summer and fall 2021. Work was the sloppiest I have ever experienced and witnessed. All depbris and trash was just left on the tenants balconies like it was owners/tenants responsability to clean up their mess. It took them 5 plus months to replace two basic windows. The foreman (A fat, lazy, sweaty guy called Larry) was constantly on the cell phone walking around crying and complaining about how difficult the work was, he obviously had no clue what he was doing. The poor workers looked lost. Every time they claimed to have replaced the windows correctly and a rainfall hit, several units were leaking and they had to go back. Like I said It took them 5 months plus to (Not completed yet) to finish the units. Its strange that this company is accredited at all. I would never trust them with any business. No wonder that they are not on BBB, probably because they cannot pass the standard.
