I contacted ECI to clear up a problem I had with a reimbursement from my property management company for a bill I had received to fix a dismantled pool alarm. I worked with the office manager, Jeanette. who was very helpful and who worked very hard to resolve the situation--which she did. Thanks!

Terrible experience with ECI. The electrician walked in with an attitude and immediately accused me of breaking the outlet without even inspecting the issue. To make matters worse, he intentionally wrote up his report in a way that made sure the issue wouldn’t be covered under warranty. This felt dishonest and manipulative. I felt disrespected and taken advantage of. I would not recommend ECI to anyone looking for fair, professional, and ethical service.
