Residential Bathroom Renovation
1. Flooring – Tiles are uneven and not set correctly. Another contractor has to redo entire floor.
a. Tiles are Not balanced and can be seen with visible eye without a level
2. Gap between tiles is large – it gives the appearance that it was not spaced evenly
3. Baseboard is Not correctly installed and silicone was applied (should not have been – not to mention silicone applied is “black”)
4. Shower spout is leaking, thus shower cannot be used (pipe turns clockwise and counterclockwise)
5. Grout on floor and walls does not appear to be grout – looks terrible
6. Radiator heater not installed correctly and unfinished floor tiles under the radiator
7. Door molding not done correctly
8. Silicone around the tub poorly applied and color of silicone applied is “black”
9. Shower door not installed correctly. Another contactor has to reinstall a new shower door.
10. Wall behind vanity cabinet was left undone and floor tiles under vanity were not completed
11. New contractor, who is also a Building Inspector was hired to RE-renovate entire bathroom
12. Needless to say, this contractor is Not recommended due to our very bad experience with Eco Management and Contracting
Managing Partner is unprofessional and rude.
