    Replacing large old lanai after hurricane destroyed it.
    $15,000

    We were so thrilled with our lanai from Eco Friendly Exteriors! What a wonderful job they did rebuilding a new lanai after a hurricane blew down our old one. The job was meticulously done, and Kevin and Lori took their time with us, explaining every detail as we inspected the finished work. We highly recommend them to anyone! The Lutzes

    Patio (lanai) enclosure

    Eco Friendly Exterior (Kevin and Lori Hay) are by far and away one of the best home exterior contractors in the Tampa Bay area. From the initial quote to the end of the job they were nothing but professional, courteous, on-time, and just down right friendly! The work was executed exactly as planned in the initial quote (no surprises) given the COVID-19 issues they were able to continue working without issue. Our lanai turned out better than anticipated and my wife and I are totally satisfied. These are the kind of folks you want working on your home!
