  Water damage assessment and demo

  Easy company to work with! They were very understanding walking into a frustrating situation. They had to do work at my in laws home when the shower leaked all over the bedroom, bathroom and the basement down below. It was quite the project but the crew was helpful, knowledgeable, and hardworking. They kept my family in the loop the whole time, helped us work with the insurance company, and were always responsive when we reached out.

  removal of moldy drywall/ wet drywall

  Had a bit of mold that was noticed behind my washer and dryer after we moved in to our new house. The previous owner never disclosed it and my wife was pregnant at the tie. Through battling with them they washed their hands of the issue. Didn't have any where to go for resolution, then I was recommended EcoDry by a good friend of mine. Ecodry came in and assessed the damages put together a very well written and broken down game plan on how they would get it fixed and cleaned up. It sucked having the dry out equipment in the house but I am grateful for EcoDry's help in removing all the mold and damaged materials making my home safe again.

  Roof leak

  We had EcoDry come out after a hard rainfall. They informed me of the process and made everything very simple. Will definitely be using them again!

  DO NOT USE. Their employees LIE and refer you to very SHADY companies trying to fraud your insurance company! Roland told me "not to worry" and that I "Wont have to pay for anything out of pocket". They come to you at your time of need and gain your confidence. Then they "take care of everything" for you, by hiring SHADY Quality contents to move your items. Again, Roland assured me that my insurance company would pay for it. Well guess what? Those SHADY folks that ROLAND sent to me to use charged my insurance $1000 for 56 minutes worth of work to move 1 bed and 1 dresser. My insurance paid what was reasonable and now trying to come after me for the balance. What happened to "you dont have to pay anything" ROLAND???? WHAT HAPPENED! Well I am letting everyone know that YOU and Eco Dry are in bed with SHADY Quality contents. And guess what? I have CAMERA FOOTAGE that shows when every single person walked in and out of my home. So I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND you are your shiesty companies ever again!

  Water Damage Clean up

  Loved working with these guys. We had to have them take care of two different water damage issues, one in the master bathroom and another in the basement. Obviously we would've preferred to avoid the leaks all together but once they happened, Ecodry was the best thing for the situation. They responded quickly when the were called out, scoped out the damages, helped me talk with my insurance , and came up with a plan to get everything the got damaged pulled out. They were able to start the work same day in both instances. Something you will notice about their crew members is that the leave their work areas extremely clean. They left drying equipment at the house for a few days, someone from the company would stop by daily to monitor the progress. Everyone I dealt with from the company was friendly and informative, if you do have a leak with water damage at your house ecodry should be your first call.

  Their specialists are extremely polite, thorough and clear in their communication. They make sure all of your questions are answered and make the whole process of taking care of water damage is as smooth as possible.

  water "damage"

  I would never recommend Loyalty Home Services. I was given their name by American Home Shield warranty to fix my water heater. I am a fairly new homeowner so all this is new to me. Gilbert came and said it would be an additional $125 for the TNP value even though the TNP value is part of the water heater. He claimed it was a modification even though the water heater can't work without it. I just needed it done and said okay. While he was there, he bragged about his criminal past and alcoholism, which left me feeling uncomfortable. He then said someone would be out to see if there was any water damage. I knew there wasn't any water damage because I caught the leak quickly, but said okay because I really wasn't sure. EcoDry comes and says to go though my home insurance, not warranty. They took over my claim with the home insurance for insurance fraud. I am fighting with EcoDry now but I would have NEVER been in contact with EcoDry had it not been for Gilbert, taking it upon himself to contact EcoDry even though it was outside of his job or home warranty. Useless. Waste of money and time. Home warranty should cover all required parts...not just because vendor says its a modification when it clearly isn't.
