This was our second project with Jaime, and he is excellent to work with. He gave us detailed quotes and realistic time frames, communicated regularly, and stayed on top of progress. His crews were courteous, and they always cleaned up at the end of each day. We can’t wait to do another project with RS Anderson!

We did an extensive remodel to our Cave Creek home, which included redoing the entire kitchen, master bathroom, and the living area. We also redid the patio area with pavers and re-tiled the BBQ area. We hired Rob Anderson to do this project - he and his subs are AMAZING. They did a great job; all while we were living in the house with two dogs!

Rob managed the project flawlessly, communicating with me as we went along. I was able to bounce ideas off of Rob; he was honest and open in sharing his opinion with me. We had several small changes along the way and Rob went with the flow to accommodate. Although I didn't work as closely with Jaime and Susan, they are amazing as well.

We now love our house and feel very blessed to have found this Company. I would highly recommend RS Anderson to do any project large or small. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!

Jamie is the ultimate professional. From the initial estimate to final completion he was on top of the project. He kept me well informed regarding the various steps and assured that the subcontractors met their commitments. His work is meticulous and he is a pleasure to work with. They renovated my newly purchased ~2,500 square foot commercial building. They stepped up big time when we ran into city issues regarding fire sprinklers, and were able to save about $80k on what could have been a disaster. They did a great job, I would easily hire them again!!

We were very impressed with RS Anderson. Jamie was amazing, he made sure the project was done on time and correctly. We loved their pricing with line item details in the invoice. Their timing was impeccable, never late. We were always informed, Jamie would let us know which crews would be working and even stepped in himself and worked if the team was delayed. They were very professional and it showed in the details, right down to prep work to make sure our home was not a mess even during demo. We will definitely be using RS Anderson for our next home improvement needs.

We hadn't planned a remodel but a flood in our home caused by our RO system impacted 8 rooms of our home. With such an extensive impact, we wanted to make sure we picked the right contractor. RS Anderson and Company was that contractor. They are a small family run organization that really cares about their customers. They were quick to offer suggestions when asked and always displayed a "can do" attitude. Rob, Susan, and Jaime were terrific to work with and we felt like we (to steal a quote from Shane Co) had a friend in the construction business. They kept us well informed through the process and managed each step like true professionals. In considering a contractor for your job, I can't over emphasize how happy we were with our choice and how great the finished product turned out. This is a great company doing great work and run by great people.

We made the best choice in choosing RS Anderson and Company to do our bathroom remodel. We needed a handicapped accessible bathroom and shower. Jayme listened to our needs and gave us a very functional, beautiful bathroom/shower area. We are so pleased, we are having them come back to do the kitchen! We have no complaints with this company or any of the sub contractors they used. All were truly gentlemen, courteous and respectful! Thank you for the excellent remodel!!

Had old tile removed and new tile installed. They were very considerate, efficient and clean. Everything was completed on time.

He takes every part of his work as personal, he has fabulous subs which also makes a huge difference - especially when you are having them make changes to your home. When you have confidence in the people that are creating your space and they understand what you want - you are so far ahead of the game. They take pride in keeping your home clean; pride in the quality (and it shows) and keeping you informed along the way.

We used RS Anderson and Company for numerous projects. Total renovation of a house in Goodyear to a walk in shower in Cave Creek. There isn’t a job to small or big and they deliver outstanding service on time and with in cost. You will not be disappointed with your trust and their service!

We just finished a two phase project to add some square footage and make our 1950s home current. We remodeled the entire house, replacing doors and trim, moving/changing walls, updating bathrooms, completely changing the layout of the kitchen and adding a laundry room and small office. This is a project we have been talking about doing since we bought the house in 2011, but put it off due to all the horror stories we heard about large remodels. We couldn't be more grateful that we found Jaime to help us make our dream home a reality. He made the process fun and easy, and we couldn't be happier about how everything turned out. He took our vision of what the end result should be and made it a reality. We were blown away by his efforts to keep the project on track despite numerous hiccups with subcontractors. Though we haven't had experience working with other contractors, I strongly believe that his attention to detail and care over the work that is performed is far above what you would find with other contractors. He and his office manager, Susan, are also very organized with the billings and receipts, and communication was always fantastic. All in all, it was a pleasure for us to work with Jaime and his team, and we would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a general contractor.

Rod did our remodel while we were out of state and everything went fantastic!
He kept our place secure and clean and we felt very comfortable with the process.
The workmanship and detail were great! He sent pictures of how job progressed.
