David is honest, supportive and has a sincere desire to see the homeowner get the home we have dreamed of built into a reality. In the initial drawing process, he took his time to understand how our family will use the space and raises issues I wouldn’t think of. An example is the bedroom doorways he thought about the width of the doorframe and the turn to bring furniture into the room. He never once got frustrated or made a comment about my endless emails with Instagram and Pinterest inspiration pictures. We would be working on the drawings and countless times he would say “let’s go outside and walk the path you want the walkway to be” or he’d point to neighbors roofs to highlight the difference so I can see in person a design I show him in a picture. David offers suggestions but doesn’t take it personally if I veto an idea. His response time for all communication has always been quick and professional. David has even expressed his opinion to our contractor when he realized there was a deviation to the plans. He’s not afraid to fight for the homeowner. My husband and I recommend him to everyone when they say they are thinking to start building. This will be your best decision if you choose Ecofortify Architecture.
