With regard to Ecolawn, the biggest problem we've had with them is in dealing with snow removal--their policy is that they will not plow unless all snowfall has ceased, which makes sense if there is a lot more snow to accumulate during the course of the day. But even if the snowfall had turned very light and there was already 3 inches or more on the ground first thing in the morning, I'd have to shovel myself so that I could leave for work. So, even if there was no more accumulation for the day, they still would not show up until close to 6pm and by then most walkways, driveways and sidewalks were already plowed. They also had a bad habit of quoting you one price for snow removal and then billing you an entirely different price without any additional communication. So, despite all the subsequent snowfall, we canceled the service in late January of this year and just shoveled ourselves. I would recommend them for regular spring/summer lawn care, but that's all.
