Unbelievably horrible! Had a hot water heater installed 1 hour ago. The guy left after he installed it without saying anything, I see my garage door sensor laying on the floor next to the water heater. My garage door wont close now. We called the guy who installed it and asked if he was going to come back and fix the sensor he broke or removed from the wall, there was complete silence for a few moments, then he says, "honestly I don't know what your talking about". My husband then asked what was going to be done about it, and he said nothing. What????? If you use a home warranty company make sure you find out who will be responsible for damages the plumber causes, and make sure you find out from the plumber in writing.

Had these guys come out for a second opinion. I was told by the first plumber that I needed a whole house repipe, was quoted $5000, and that it would take a few days to complete the job. Economic Plumbing found the real problem. I had hot and cold water coming from the cold side and I needed a new part in a shower valve that cost under 100 dollars. They certainly saved me a lot of money, and one giant headache. Would recommend then to anyone.

I am waiting for them t o resolve an issue in Mesa AZ through a warranty. They werre called to fix a leaking AC that is working fine. The AC stopped working after the tech came to repair it stopped working ( was working fine before )
