I worked with Oran to get a dwelling unit built and approved on my property last year. Not only did they do a fantastic and beautiful job converting a garage to an ADU (the kitchen and bathroom designs are exceptional!) but they also dealt with the county and its strict permits and regulations. Several times we encountered obstacles from the county, and each time Oran and his workers overcame those obstacles like pure professionals. They find a way to get things done and they do it very well. I highly recommend ECS for their services.
