Work never finished. Despite my calls and him saying he'll send someone, he never did. This project started on March . So many loose ends to be tied up. Will be pursuing legal action. Really disappointed. Never hire him.

Zero complaints and 100% happy. This man took his time and listened and did everything exactly the way I needed it done (even though some of my ideas were aesthetically impossible), he did it the proper way and absolutely love my new home. Kitchen AMAZING, Room addition...love the extra space and the closet space is to die! Next will be the bathroom. I can not rave enough about this company. I thank you for taking your time and doing it all right, even when the weather wouldn't cooperate.

    Be Aware

I’m posting this to warn others about what I went through. My family and I had to deal with damages to our home and personal belongings. We were promised our “dreams” but the process was more like a nightmare. He told us his workers were on the way, but they never showed up. He gave numerous excuses about the delays, and always blamed his employees. There doesn’t seem to be any consistency to his team when working on a project – we had different people on site everyday. The project was all over the place, for example: They installed drywall ceilings and walls Before completing all of the electrical; then complained when the walls and ceiling had to be cut and/or removed to continue the electrical work. He left our home in shambles and unfinished and we have had to have someone else complete it. We would find his team doing things differently than we’d asked and planned for, and were told we were “changing things” and he wouldn’t set them to rights. For example I asked for a long closet to be put across one wall of my room - the depth of a standard closet – with a bar for hanging one row of clothes. My family and I wanted a place to store our things out of the way - most of the rooms were being worked on and most of out clothes were piled on top of furniture, etc. - we wanted to get our things organized and out of the way to avoid damage. Instead, I found they built an addition inside the room, twice as deep that takes up 1/3 of the room. He refused to change it to the correct depth. This closet still sits unfinished and unchanged. Another example: They installed a new Jacuzzi tub, and the plumbing for a new sink in our bathroom for us – they never finished installing the fixtures or the sink itself, and when they turned on the water for both the tub and the sink, it poured through the floor and caused water damage in the newly finished kitchen and into our basement. He offered to repair the damage, but never did. There were also hazards to my family’s safety, like when they covered live electrical switches inside the wall improperly and unsafely. We’ve had to call a specialist to inspect for fire hazards.
On top of all of the damage to our home, there are also multiple personal belongings of mine that were broken and/or damaged that I cannot replace. He has yet to compensate me for the damaged items. My family and I are in the process of getting our money back from Eric and his company. Please be aware when looking at this contractor.
