Great service by the ECS Team at an affordable price. Even completed the job on a Sunday which was a blessing since we had been without air for several days. These guys were hero's to my young daughters for getting us cool again!

Friend recommended them, so i called to have them come out and take a look at our unit. After changing the air filter and allegedly putting a few pounds of freon in the unit, it worked (roughly) for the day (set at 72, got down to around 74). The next day, however, it was back to blowing hot air (80's). I thought maybe the unit froze up or something, so I let it sit for a day and tried running it again only to continue with hot air. Asked them to come back out. Three days later, the guy finally shows. Said he put another half pound of freon in. Again, worked that day (74-76 when set to 72), then back to hot air (80's). Had to hire another company to come out and take a look. Problem wasn't freon levels. Drainage lines were clogged causing the water level sensors to shut off the unit. This other company said it should have been one of the first things checked with the summer season coming around. Now I have it set to 71 and it hasn't moved. Said he wouldn't be surprised if they didn't touch the freon at all since the accuracy level of it is almost humanly impossible to get since it's a newer unit. Would not recommend. Felt like I was lied to the whole time, and I'm out $200.
