    The Ed's Aluminum Team is very professional and delivered on every commitment. The do quality work and they helped me build a pool cage to fit my budget. They set proper expectations and made it very easy for me to want to work with them. They are honest and very skilled at building patio, car ports, Lani, screen enclosures, and pool cages. I highly recommend them.

    From start to finish, everything went smooth. There was a small delay but was quickly handled and still managed to meet the deadline and estimated price. Expect a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks if you're getting a back patio cover installed. Estimate, survey, permit, ordering of materials, and lining up to install with the FL rains, it takes a little time, especially during COVID time. I have no complaints; the patio cover looks wonderful. 4 inches thick and I can walk on it for cleaning. Maria and Marcio, along with their crew took care of ALL my needs. Clean, neat, tidy, and on time. I will be using them again. Thanks again for your superb work. Keep it up!

    I wish I could leave a good review, as they are good people, but ultimately they are powerless to deliver on their promises and refuse to acknowledge there is a shortage of materials. I am now waiting four months for a simple patio, and they have no idea when the necessary materials could be in - yet they still took my money, and are refusing to do anything that might speed up the project. I asked for a partial refund as there are other contractors out there capable of doing the work, but they refuse to budge- suddenly there is talk of lawyers. I offered to modify my build to support things they had in stock, but similarly, they won't budge. And I'm willing to bet their sales force is making similar promises to new people, promising stuff they know they can't deliver. I very much hope they work with me to keep their promises, as no one wants to hear "it's a global shortage and those were verbal promises". ED should not have taken my money if they expected it, and should return it if they are unable to fulfill their commitments.
