Ed and I worked together on a project that was built on the Fox Studios Lot in Century City, California in 2006-2010; including the design systems of Auto CAD for Stage Chilled Water Systems which reduced the Facilities ECO LEED energy cost by 45%. My role was as owner's representative for the construction of and the relocation into the new 220,000 square building.

I relied on Ed's experience, acumen, guidance and understanding of the Studio to correct our Project Management issues, Energy Management, and as-built documentation to ensure that the owner, Fox Entertainment Group, received the best possible property that was built with quality and would be easily operated.

I cannot recommend Ed highly enough. He made my job a tremendous amount easier and contributed to the success of the project.

    Thank you,

My name is Darryl Cobbin and I work at 20th Century Fox in the old exec bldg 88. Part of my job as EVP of Mktg is to leverage visual mktg materials to get butts in to movie seats. So I notice physical changes in my environment. I thought everyone should want that I've noticed how beautiful the front of the studios looks. The work Ed Delomprey did in cleaning up and maintaining the facilities is looking sharp. In my business "everything communicates," including the curb-appeal of the studios.

I've seen Ed Delomprey and his team consistently working hard to beautify and maintain our facilities. Each day when I get here early in the morning before the sun rises, I enjoy watching the sun peak through the clouds and spill beautiful sunlight over our meticulous grounds. It contributes to making my day start with a smile and a bang. Ed Delomprey should be commended for his hard work and I thank you for your leadership. It has not gone unnoticed.
