They came out on a call of a busted pipe on the scheduled date but was running late into the evening without a call saying they were running late. Once they arrived they proceeded to find the busted pipe and had to remove the hot water heater to get behind it where the pipe was. After reinstalling the hot water heater they left. a couple of hours later I had to shut off the main switch to the hot water heater because it began smoking and tried to catch fire. I called their office spoke with the owner who assured me first thing in the morning he personally would come out and check things over. As the day grew later and several calls later from different phones to get them to answer the call the original guy shows up and says yeah your wiring to the hot water heater is defective (the hot water was replaced 1 1/2 years previous) He said it was to no fault of his, he called his boss and his boss told us we need to hire an electrician to come out and fix our hot water heater. We called the owner again leaving yet another message letting him know it was his responsibility to fix the problem. No response. We called an electrician to come out and fix the problem and he saw where the guy had nicked the wires and laying them over the grounding wire causing them to melt. If we had gone to bed at a reasonable hour we would have woken up to our house on fire or worse. The owner has yet to call us back to rectify the complaint against him or acknowledge the negligence of his employees. We have a log of every time we have called, spoke with his wife or left messages on the phone.
