We just built a house with new concrete work. We thought it would be great to add asphalt for the grandkids. When they did the work they ran their roller up on our new concrete and chipped and cracked it. They also make very little effort to make their edges straight. If this is the work you are looking for by all means hire him. He never followed through with fixing our concrete.
