Ed installed a $1,800 75 gallon water heater (likely plus shipping and parts, maybe $2,500 total) and charged a total of $5,050 for the service. I believe that he charged at least 100% of the parts cost and has refused to give a refund. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. Rich Boyd
