Westerman Painting was the contractor Kress Restoration company sent to paint after a pipe burst and flooded our house. We specified Benjamin Moore paints and provided the color and paint to be used. They showed up with paint from Home Depot tinted to approximate the color, but it was not the same. They used odds and end paint on the ceiling and what we ended up with was a shiny pure white ceiling instead of the flat ceiling white which should have been used. They are messy and slopped paint down our brick fireplace and made a mess of the stairway banister rail. The cut in of the walls looked as if a 12 year old picked up a brush for the first time. They painted trim molding that was varnished because they couldn't cut in properly and had it a mess. They covered a crystal chandelier with plastic to protect it then turned it on and melted the plastic to the bulbs and burnt them black. They would come sporadically, work a day then not show up for another week or so. The same crew didn't come back twice, we had different painters on each visit. New hire kids who had no idea what to do and the "boss" was calling them idiots and berating them for all to hear. We finally sent them away before they could do more damage and never want them to return again.

I have health problems and I can't paint or do a lot of the things I used to do anymore and one of his employees came to my house, painted, put insulation in my attic, took down every single piece of the drop down ceiling tiles, painted those for me then put them back up again. he even helped me put plastic on my windows for the winter, I have drafty old windows. It took him 2 weekends to get everything done and he was nothing but nice and helpful to me, they understand that I was on a fixed income and worked with me so I could afford to get this work done , and Mr Westerman is one of the nicest, most understanding man that I have met in a long time. Yes, I would have them come back, in fact I need some more painting done and I will definitely call Mr ed Westerman again. He's been nothing but respectful, never rude, I don't think I've ever heard that man raise his voice anytime I've done business with him, and I love the work that was done, I'm very satisfied with the whole experience. All I can say is thank you for helping me make my home look nicer and warmer.
