Eddie Jackson stated that my unit needed Freon. Eddie stated that he added Freon to the system. Within a week, the unit was down again, another HVAC contractor was called because Eddie Jackson would not respond to phone calls (over $200 paid to Jackson). The new contractor found no Freon in the system and added Freon to the system. After the Freon was added, I have not experienced any problems. Mr. Jackson did not provide expected service and I have now found that he has provided shabby and dishonest service to others in the community.
