From start to finish he was very consistent in how sporadic and disorganized his business is. The company which seems to be a smaller shop which I tend to like because mom & pop shops tend to care about their clients more. This is definitely farthest from the truth in this case. He seemed to be the only company I could find in my area so I have been stuck with this contractor for 5 months. Just to get him out to look at a water softener system he installed took 10 calls and several unreturned messages to actually reach him on the phone. He states he remembers installing the system and can order a filter for me to install and should get it next week. Three weeks later I call to see if the filter arrived he tells me oh yes its here now lets schedule a time to install. Install day comes and no one shows up. I call his number and no one picks up either. I make several attempts to reach him and no answer. He gives me a call a few days later to say the guy who was supposed to install was sick but they will try and get it installed this week. The week ends with no word from him. Two weeks go by and I call him to see if we can schedule the install. He tells me the softener was installed yesterday and they left the invoice in the space for me. I go to look at the installation and the filter system is set up on a wall right in front of an ac window unit. I called an could not reach him and left a messages about the leak and for someone to come fix it. I received no response and two weeks later I see on the security cameras his truck pull up. I call him and he picks up and tell him I would like him to move the placement of the filter because we need to be able to access the ac unit, he has cops an attitude and says he is just going to pull the filter off the wall and we will have to schedule another time to install the filter then hangs up on me. When I look at the system later he pulled out the filter and left water sitting on the floor and all over a wall mounted electrical box. He took the filter back with him...good riddance. I highly recommend anyone else for your well & pump services and any other services he might provide.
