To start Eddings Custom Concrete dug the foundation in the wrong location. Then placed the anchor bolts in the wrong location making it more difficult to frame off of the foundation. To top it all off the back wall has bow in it. I tried to call for three months with no response, and when I did finally get him on the phone he would not do anything to correct the situation. DO NOT DO BUSNESS WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!

I hired Mr. Eddings to do a shop foundation, floor and an approach. He was timely, courteous and very knowledgeable. Not only did the foundation come within a 1/\8 of square on my 40 x 60 shop, he had asked what I would be using for my plate, and where I would like my breaks in the bottom plate. Then after finishing my foundation, he helped with the sub grade to save me money on material costs, then poured the floor. After the floor was poured he used his wet saw to cut the joints in the floor, cleaned up his mess, then set and poured the approach the next day. I have nothing but good things to say about Eddings Custome Concrete.
