Salesman was prompt,professional...he explained my rolldown shutters on my condo would be a year before they got started? Still trying to get condo approval 2 months after signing the contract. The only other competition WeatherGard,costed are much higher and seem to have a monopoly on the buisness? Time will tell,how I rate them or cancel the contract.....After Hurricane Matthew these type of buisnesses are over whelmed with work and cant get enough skilled workers...Hope we can continue and get the job done rate a five star....I never rate any company until I see their performance.

Worst experience ever!
December 2017 - Company did measurement and I provided deposit with a contract
September 2018 - Company did a measurement again and ordered parts and material for project.
February 2019 - Installed Armor Screen and storm shutter panels
Apparently nothing was done, regarding my project, between December 2017 and September 2018. This little project took over one year to complete and was less than a day's work. Installers were great. The business process is horrible.
I wouldn't recommend Eddy Storm Protection to anyone. Workmanship is good - service prior to the installation was absolutely horrible. -

Levi and Joe where very polite and answer all of our question, they did a great job putting up are shutters and cleaning up after than selves, I would recommend Eddy Storm Protection to everyone who are looking for shutters

Excellent job. Levy and Zack did a great job installing my roll down shutter. I opted for the stucco coating, and they even painted the shutter prior to installing. The electrician (Mike) also did a great job installing the electrical switch, and even fixed a minor problem with my GFI plug. John did a great job measuring. The only issue was the long wait, 15 months, for installation, but that was because of backup from Florida hurricanes. Worth the wait.
