This is our 5th home and 3rd new construction home, been the worst home buying experience we have had to date. Builder is arrogant and could care less about the customer. We are now in our 7th month post closing and still have not had our final walk through items completed! Had a leak in our roof, it took 3 weeks just to get someone to come out and look at it, another 2 1/2 months to fix the leak. Once they have your money, they magically forget your name!
