I had flooding in my kitchen. I called Edge Restoration and could not have been happier with their response. Iric my Project Manager, came out immediately and started the dry out process. He was amazing. He was very professional and courteous. He explained the process to me in detail and what would be happening next. He came out a few times to check on the progress of things drying out. When my insurance agent was coming out and saying he was not going to pay for repairs, Iric changed his schedule so he could be here at that time to talk to the agent. The demolition crew were all very courteous and cleaned up everything so well. The scheduling people were very communicative with the times that the technicians would be coming out and would text me to let me know they were on their way. I now have an appointment with their construction crew. I hope they will also be as good.

My experience with Edge restoration was absolutely great. Rafeal Sanchez was amazing, his costumer service was above and beyond. I wish every company had someone like him. I can't express enough how nice he was. Thank you again!!!!!!!!
