We turned 90 day request for service April 8, 2015. even after several phone calls the builder never answered our messages. he never came to the house to verify our claims We were able to get some of the work done by subcontractors when we had their phone nos. Other work remains undone. After builder, David Schmidt, made his final offer of $1000.00 through the BBB that was not acceptable by us, we have heard nothing from him.
