Fast to respond, identify and analyze the problem and corrected the problem in one visit. Experience and knowledge base is exceptional in old and new plumbing. Also, goes beyond what is needed to insure quality and completeness of work. Very reasonable re fee/s. Does not have any desire to attempt to gouge anyone like most of the big businesses around Rocky Mount, NC. Definitely would call on him again and highly recommend his work.
