I called Mr. Hayes and he answer the phone on the first ring. He was very polite and personable. He came out in a time that was convenient for me which was within just a few days. His quote was very detailed and was almost half the cost of all the other estimates I had received so far. I hired him with no hesitation. He seemed to be the most organized and competent of the 3 roofing contractors I spoke with. His workers came and with in a day they finished the whole roof and it looked impeccable. Most companies I have worked with have not lived up to my expectation let alone exceed it. I could not have been happier and I have had no problems with my roof ever since. Every part of the process was so easy and smooth. I highly recommend Edmund Hayes.
