I found Edras to be very good. Good communication, very good work. They made one mistake - really a judgement error having to do with setting up a complicated lift over our large cornice - but they admitted it swiftly, corrected it, and absorbed the cost. I was impressed. Plus the NYC building dept caused ridiculous permitting delays but again Edras kept the job going and didn't panic. I think Diego Tomes was really sharp and wants to make his business grow. His site manager David Aranzco was great to work with. They kept the site clean and safe. I can highly recommend them.
