    Two toilet replacements

    Was alarmed to see some negative reviews and questions re his license & if insured. We had an emergency while having guests at our home, one toilet let go. Friends gave us the number to Ed's Plumbing and Electrical, Dave answered the phone, didn't get stuck with voice mail or message service. Told him what we wanted re replacement of both our toilets. Called him Wed, he was there by Friday morning, on time, brought the type of toilets I requested (comfort height with slow closing lids), was very professional and did a great job. Price was very reasonable.Very happy with the service and results

    Fix sewer gas smell and leak and smoke coming out of sink
    $215

    Ed was called out to an emergency situation two days after I moved into a new condo we were smelling sewer gas and there was smoke coming out of the master bedroom sink. He came to the house with a very bad attitude was extremely rude went into the bathroom and said he smelled nothing so nothing and left from all of the research that I have done typically when you smell that it means the first thing you should do is look at the P-trap and make sure that there’s no back up so that we are inhaling toxic sewer gases however he didn’t open the toilet look underneath do anything he walked in and walked out I have five people at the home to witness the situation and therefore it’s criminal intent to harm and gross negligence leaving me and my minor child to be exposed to sewer gas that not only made me sick but could have killed us. They refused to return and in retaliation charged me $215 because he said there was no emergency and I lied about it. He also discriminated against me for my disability. I would check their license number and stay away!!!! No website. No FB page and he has been registered as a company in 3 different states.

    Ed Cuffley is always on the job when he says he going to be. For me I haven’t regretted using Eds plumbing and electrical. He knows what he’s doing and his prices are reasonable
