I have used ed on a number of jobs and was very pleased with the work. Amazing craftsman. A true artist and was very reasonable with cost. Well under the cost of other builders and he was well within average and he even made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. I noticed the comment above about him and wonder if people have any clue how much it cost to run a small business. How much did she pay him to travel to site? Travel back? Inspection same day it next? Who paid his front desk? His health insurance? His billing? His accountant. Some people have no clue and are oblivious to the hard work it takes to operate a business. I mention that Becuase I paid more than double to someone who did less than ed for a water heater and bill was to be a total of 1200.00 when that woman paid less than 500! Come on people! Stop being cheap

Edward Nicosia was quite expensive with his original quote to install a water heater for me. I decided to buy my own water heater, hire my own electrician, pay for the permit, and have Edward install it. When all said and done he charged me $500 for the job. This didn't include the permit fee, but just the parts and installation He didn't quote me that price to install it and told me they get about $100-$120 per hour. The job took him about 1.5 hours. I was not happy about the charge and disputed it with him. He offered to pay the permit fee of $155, but still wanted me to pay him $345 for the job. He claimed parts alone with close to $100, which I also questioned. He never gave me an itemized bill even though I requested it twice. It was not a good experience and I will not use his services again.

Just a quick note to say that I used Edward Nicosia to install a water heater just recently. He was quite expensive with his initial estimate so I decided to buy the water heater, hire my own electrician, and just have him do the plumbing work. I agreed to pay the permit fees. Long story short, I feel he overcharged me for the job he did. For parts and labor he charged me $500, plus I still had to pay the $155 in permit fees. It took him about 1.5 hours to do the job. I disputed his fee and paid him the hourly rate he quoted me when we discussed him installing the water heater that I purchased. I would not recommend him or ever use him again. Thank you.

We had a plumbing emergency, water gushing out of a pipe in our basement. Edward responded right away, corrected the problem and charged us what we consider a very reasonable price. Thanks Ed, you have a customer for life
