Edward F Bomarsi aka Filipe Edward Bomarsi is a licensed Construction Supervisor as well as a MA licensed Real Estate Broker who, like his father, built more than two dozen quality single family homes and also built town homes and condominiums in the Revere and Winthrop area. At the height of his career he owned 17 apartment buildings containing 69 rental units and a beachfront seasonal restaurant. In 1992., his second wife filed for a no-fault divorce and Probate Judge John Smoot seized the properties that were held in trust for his 5 sons and her. The Court Hired a Receiver, Attorney Spencer Kagan of Revere Ma to collect the rents and pay the expenses. Judge Smoot also replaced Bomarsi as trustee by naming Attorney Jams Degiacomo as Trustee. Subsequently, all the properties were lost to foreclosure and no income taxes were filed by them for the years 1992, 3 and 94 Despite the fact that Court Appointed Trust Expert Attorney Steven Howe and a Federal Judge William Holman both found that the Trusts that held the properties were all irrevocable and not Marrital Assets . The minor children of his marriage lost their unencumbered home and were left homeless and penniless along with their mother who died of brain cancer on 9/11/99. None of the rents that were collected by the Judges agents was ever accounted for while Bomarsi was unable to continue his construction business due to the foreclosures and credit standing. Later Bomarsi discovered the the Judge filed a non- specific lifetime restraining order against Bomarsi despite absolutely o evidence or accusation of wrongdoing by him.Subsequently, he did not see his minor children for five years after the divorce.
