    Similar experience with Ed...was satisfied with previous work in the 2000s. Gave him a check for $1200 as a deposit back in 2017.Never showed up. Stop taking calls. Phone number I have is now disconnected.

    Wish I had seen the above review. We hired Ed several years ago. His license was active with no complaints. We gave him a deposit for supplies to redo a driveway. He cashed the check without ordering the supplies. He was to complete a smaller project prior to the driveway and he failed to complete. Lip service that he would show up to complete but this met with negative results after numerous attempts. Reviewed his license following his behavior only to find the contractor license bureau has an active case against him for similar violations. License has been revoked. Because we were pleased with his work in 2014, we decided to use him again without first checking the status of his license. What a difference in his attitude and professionalism. We had to take his only worker on our project hone because he never came back. After verifying with the supplier that he never ordered the supplies, one can only guess he used our funds for his personal use. Do not use him. You will be sorry. Dishonest and verbally abusive when confronted about getting the work completed.

    Do not hire this man, he takes your money and never shows up. He lies, he steals , and per his workers, he gambles your money away and you can find him at fantasy springs casino. He owes me over 5,000.00 , never bought the materials or brought them to my home for a patio, and did a horrible job on a trellis he is bragging about to everyone. The trellis is actually not level or plumb and is about ready to fall apart. He makes excuses, “ my transmission broke down, my engine broke down, uh… I need money to pay my guys.". And has you pay daily….No , do not do it. He is a major thief. He leaves cement all over the place your driveway, garage door , trash everywhere, will not clean up footings. Also, his work is very shotty, horrible, walls have 6 foot cracks the very next day, as well as cracked and rocky caps all the same day was done. Blocks are not even. He seems nice at first but then gets very ugly after he takes your money, never ever shows up after hundreds of calls. You’ll be very sorry!
