    Verified Hire

We had originally hired Ed Wolforth of Nu Age Concepts then to replace our back stairs a couple of years ago and were very pleased with the quality of work. So much so we hired them to do over our living room last winter and could not have been more happy. While working in the living room Ed noticed water coming in between the walls and talked to us about replacing the outside trim boards siding. The issue we had is my wife did not like the look of siding she preferred the trim/ clapboard look. Ed explained there was siding that retained this look and we agreed to move forward. All in all they did a great job. Ed and his crew were on time every day and got right to work. At the end of the day they cleaned up so well you would not have realized they had been there.Their attention to detail and quality of work is beyond reproach. We could not have been more pleased.

    Scumbag Contractor

I hired Ed Woolforth of NU-Age Concepts to perform structural repairs to my single family's (floor joist, replace basement windows, demolish and replace basement staircase, demolish doghouse basement entrance bulkhead, demolish first floor bathroom and to rebuild the bathroom with an added addition). The work to be performed was to cost approximately $20000 of which he received about $12000. Ed Woolforth came and demolished my house and to date, has failed to return to continue and finish any of the work. There is currently, no bathroom in my house, he started the staircase and did not finish it, the bulkhead has been demolish and left unsecured and open to the elements. Ed Woolforth is a thief and a liar who lied on the permit application with the Brockton Building Department and under reported the scope and nature of the work he was hired to do and the total cost of the project by over $3900. That thief charged me $280 for a permit that he paid $123 for. Additionally, Edward Wolforth the scumbag thief that he is never applied for the second permit for the bathroom addition. That scumbag disposed of my architectural plans and then claimed that his "no good for nothing" wife threw it out. I have filed a civil suit against that scumbag thief Edward Wolforth for fraud, and breach of contract. I have also filed a criminal complaint against that thief Edward Wolforth with the Brockton Police Department and will not relent until I achieve revocation of his license.
